Willie acquired his first truck before he was 20 years old and his entrepreneurial spirit took over.
Since that time he has built one of the most significant minority owned waste enterprises in the United States. His institutional knowledge, commitment to studying the waste industry, phenomenal work ethic, no nonsense approach and passion for this business has helped propel Willie and his Goode Companies to the success it is today. He has the operational, organizational, financial and interpersonal communication skills necessary to lead this organization to success.
Prior to Big Truck Rental, Jeanie was the Chief Legal Officer of Waste Pro USA, Inc. During her years at Waste Pro, she oversaw all legal matters and assisted in various business lines, including the operational units of the Company. Jeanie participated in the fleet technologies and green initiatives, as well as oversaw the implementation of start-ups in new markets.
She received Bachelor of Arts from Youngstown State University, a Juris Doctorate degree from Stetson University, College of Law, and a mini Executive MBA from Boston University/Association of Corporate Counsel. She has served the National Waste & Recycling Association on the Board and Past-President of the Women’s Council, as well as serving on the Board of the Future Industry Leaders Alliance where she also served as Chairwoman.
As Project Manager, she also oversaw facilities management, expansion, and all construction management within the organization. Prior to WB, LLC., Lasharm was in the Managed Healthcare arena. Holding the position of National and Senior Account Manager with major healthcare organizations like Kaiser Permanente, Wellpoint and Aetna. Lasharm directed all aspects of new account development, cultivating professional relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders, including consultants and brokers.
Lasharm is an alum of Norfolk State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
In June of 2001, John helped found Heil of Texas and learned the business from the ground up. He has extensive knowledge in parts, inventory, service, sales, operations, accounting and management. John was an integral part of the growth and expansion of Heil of Texas from Houston and Dallas to include San Antonio and El Paso Branch expansions, as well as expanding the market share to New Mexico. Throughout the Solid Waste & Reycling industry, John is regarded as an expert in equipment and proper operational units for hauling collection.
